Our client, a famous Japanese logistics company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Customer Service – Logistics ( Courier Service )
Responsibilities
- To provide customer services to clients to maintain and support.
- To be responsible for mainly Japanese customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle daily courier operation which arranges pick-up order and contact trucking team, and etc.
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Working experience in customer service preferred
- Good command of written & spoken Japanese, English preferred
- Knowledge of Japanese is definitely an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
Package
- HKD 13,000 – HKD 17,000
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 08:30 - 18:00
- Annual Leave : 7 days ~ 14 days
- Sick Leave : Yes
- Cheung Sha Wan
