Our client, Japanese Electronics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for shipping, customs, quotation and invoice
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control, inventory control and purchase order
- Delivery arrangement, cooperating with other branches
- To ensure our service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Occasional business trip to mainly South China is required
- Ad hoc task when assigned by the managers
Requirements
- Excellent command of Japanese ( Due to almost all clients would be Japanese Company )
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Self-motivated, cooperative, and those who are interested in electronic component would be preferable
- immediate available is an advantage, at least the end of September
Package
- HKD 11,000 – HKD 12,500
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 08:45 - 17:30
- Bonus :Discretionary
- Annual Leave : Yes (After probation) 1st year 10 days, max 20 days
