详细工作内容
Our client, a newly established HR Management consulting firm is now looking for an Associate or Senior Associate consultant for their rapid business expansion for Japan market.
[Responsibilities]
- Monitor the client's organization and give advices for better operation.
- Support sutructure changing, installment of new salary/comission/criteria and grade schemes
- Assist in execution of client's restructureing, responding for labor troubles
- Ad hoc advices about labor law and HR management upon requests
- Documentation of employment contract, working handbook, mission & criteria sheet, etc
[Requirements]
- Bachelor or above, Major in HR Management or Business Administration is preferable.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command in spoken and writtenn English, Mandarin, and Native in Cantonese
- Proactive in work, logical thinking skill and being eager to learn is must
[Compensation & Benefit]
- 5 days working, in Tsim Sha Tsui area
- 16K-23K/month, depends on the backgroud
- Discretional Bonus, Medical Allowance, etc
