详细工作内容
Our client, a listed property investment and management company, is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead on-site team to manage daily leasing operations and main tenant relationship for a shopping centre
Source potential retails, negotiate leases and prepare lease agreements
Optimize occupancy and rental levels
Conduct market research, analyse data and prepare relevant reports
Maintain tenants' database
Manage rent receivables position and related matters
Prepare leasing reports
Support ad-hoc business assignments when required
Requirements
Diploma holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
6 years of relevant experience with major developers with focus on retail leasing, property management and tenancy management
Excellent communication and client servicing skills
Familiar with real estate and tenancy legislations
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Immediate available is highly preferred
