Our client, a famous Japanese toys trading company is seeking for the potential talent to join their team – Duties Draft and Review the agreements, memorandum, correspondences, terms and conditions etcProvide legal advices on China business issuesWork with other departments to identify the legal risks in business and provide legal advices for china businessEnsure compliance of laws and regulations of ChinaManage the legal contracts, correspondences and lawsuits for china businessLiaise with governmental authorities and officers in china
Requirements: University graduate in legal studies. Corporate Governance or relevant subjectsWith a min 3 years’ experience in China business legal backgroundDetail minded, aggressive, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skillsGood command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
PackageKwun Tong 22K – 25K 5 days’ work 13 months with discretionary bonus
