Japanese Speaking Visual Merchandising Designer - Fashion Retail

Our client, a leading retailer of women's fashion apparel and accessories in Japan. They are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

Responsibilities


•    Prepare seasonal in-store display, changeover and window display according to the guideline;
•    Responsible for in-store visual merchandising settings and implementation;
•    Co-ordinate with other internal departments on merchandising support, regular shop visits to ensure corporate VM standards are maintained, and provide display training to front-line staff;
•    Organize and distribute display materials between shops;
•    Liaise with outside contractors/production house regarding the implementation of promotional display;
•    Provide graphic and creative support for all PR & marketing materials, Exterior Window / POP / EDM / digital platform;
•    Follow up on production work of VM materials
•    Ad hoc projects.




Requirements


•    Diploma or above in Visual Design or related disciplines;
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc;
•    2 to 3 years' hand-on experience in graphic design and visual merchandising, preferably in fashion industry;
•    Strong sense of fashion and color trends
•    Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese, proficiency in Japanese;
•    Immediate available is highly preferred.




Package


•    HK$18K to HK$21K
•    5 days' work
•    12 month per year plus double pay
