Our client, a famous Japanese electronics trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Job duties:
To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and sales orders to our customers, while issue P.O. to suppliers as required.To process inquires by phone, fax, email and customer’s visits in relation to sales business.To liaise with supplier on customers’ requirements.To maintain good relations with customers.To maintain an efficient working environment. O.T is needed. Effective and efficient payment follow up.Prepare reports in relation to AR, delivery schedule, credit control, stock control.
Job Requirements:
Higher diploma or aboveAt least 2 years of related experienceGood communication and computer skillsAble to priorities and meet deadlinesEnthusiastic, hardworking, well organizedAble to work with others, and willing to contribute to team
