详细工作内容
Our client is a manufacture of Lights including LED, also providing interior coordination and light consulting services for the retail shops such as fashion shops or luxury restaurants. The most of their customers are famous Japanese companies. They are now looking for a Sales Coordinator position.
[Job Duty]
To be in charge of coordination and administration duty concerning to their sales activities
Keeping in touch with the clients, communicate between distributors and suppliers to handle the projects
Sometimes contacting to Tokyo office and support their whole sales activities
Arrangement of delivery dates/amount of the goods which was purchased
Looking for the local distributor for business expansion including negotiating the term and condition.
Ad hoc duties including business administration
[Requirement]
2~3 years working experiences as B to B Sales coordinator
Strong interests and passion in light consulting, Interior Design of retail shops
Some knowledge about electronics, ELV works is an advantage
Good command to spoken and written Japanese and English, Cantonese.
