Our client, a well-established regional bank, is expanding.  They are looking for a seasoned Accounting and Finance professional to take up the position of Senior Manager / Manager of Accounting & Finance Department.  A rewarding remuneration package will be offered to the right individual.

Are you?
• a Bachelor degree graduate or above in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with at least 10 years of experience in finance or banking field. Qualified CPA is a "MUST". 
• with experience in banking financial reporting, regulatory reporting, taxation and financial controls.
• strong in leadership, problem solving, organizing, communication, and project management skills.
• knowledgeable in accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• with good knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• able to work independently and deliver success under pressure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.


Can you?
• develop an effective and efficient financial management, accounting, regulatory, and financial reporting functions
• oversee Hong Kong Branch’s finance and accounting support functions and implementation of financial controls procedures
• ensure financial, regulatory, RAPM, taxation, and liquidity reports are accurately prepared and timely submitted to the Branch’s management, Group Head Office, and regulatory bodies
• preparation of financial budgets for Hong Kong Branch’s operations and CAPEX in accordance to the approved business strategy/plan
• maintain and update operating manuals
