Assistant Finance Manager - Famous Electronics Manufacturing Company

Our client, a Famous Japanese company is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:

Job Duties



• Report to the Deputy General Manager
• Prepare monthly company level and consolidated financial statements and analysis of financial data for management reporting purpose
• Monitor and supervise a small team of subordinates for daily accounting operations
• Perform cost/business analysis, margins variance analysis, budget control, cash flow management, tax reporting and forecasting
• Maintain effective internal controls to ensure highest level of integrity, accuracy and reliability of information are generated
• Assist in annual audit and liaison with the auditors
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
 
Job Requirements



• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with a professional accounting qualification in ACCA or HKICPA
• Minimum 7 years solid experience in Accounting and at least 3 years with Assistant Managerial Grade, experience in full-set bookkeeping and consolidation in trading industry
• Solid experience in financial and management reporting under IFRS
• Have exposure on Treasury and cash management
• Good analytical skill with strong business acumen and detailed oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded, independent, willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office including Word & Excel
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
