详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
70% will be data input duties related to accounting duties
・Slip processing: Invoices and PO management, about 50 to 100 sheets per month
・Accounting operations: Payment management to suppliers, internal expense processing, etc.
・Entering data into the accounting agency in the specified format and confirming the received data
・Shipping-related: Management of documents related to the shipment of containerized flights to the head office in Japan
・Other: Miscellaneous tasks such as MPF procedures and various contract procedures
・伝票処理:InvoiceやPOの管理、毎月50〜100枚程度
・経理業務:仕入先への支払管理や社内経費処理など
・指定フォーマットで会計記帳代行会社へのデータ入力、受領データの確認
・出荷関連:日本本社へのコンテナ便の出荷関連書類の管理
・その他:MPF手続きや各種契約手続きなどの雑務
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 1 year of work experience in accounting or any assistant position in Japanese companies.
・Above conversational level of Japanese. (for internal business communication with Japanese colleagues and superiors)
・Business level of either English or Mandarin.
・Visa holder who is eligible to work in Hong Kong
・Willing to learn and a stable, flexible person
