Project Coordinator - Fashion Retail

A Japanese fashion retail Company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team: 


Responsibilities:
• To handle store construction project with company’s store standards and local regulations• To handle quotations from vendors for construction project • To carry out site inspection and coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure on construction progress• To ensure the contractors are complied with the company rules and to inspect for workmanship and quality• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline• Support for store design works (Communicate with headquarters, negotiate to the building management and inform with internal departments on schedule management);• Ad hoc project.

Requirements:
• University graduate in Building Studies / Building Services / Structure or equivalent• Min. 3-5 years solid store interior design works project management / coordination experience and accommodating view toward the maintenance issue • Design software application knowledge & skills, with good command of CAD drafting is must• Possess of Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker (A0) is preferable• Excellent inter-personal, communication, leadership and contract administration skills;• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese• Persistent with drive and self-motivation• Willing to perform shift duties
