详细工作内容
Job Description:
1. Shipment Arrangement and Shipping Document Handling
• Prepare Shipping Orders to forwarders for on-time shipment
• Monitor suppliers’ delivery status
• Issue and send shipping documents to customers
2. Forwarders’ Invoices and other invoices related to logistics costs
• Check and Verify forwarders’ or related invoices
• Input into FOB cost system
• Cross-check the data within the team members in the FOB system
• To record the cost-saving results (if any)
3. Ensure all shipments comply with Customs Requirement of the Consignees
• Perform 10+2 to US customs
• Send T-docs to FB customers
4. Assist & Support to Team Manager & Department Head
• Support and co-operate Team Leader for cost-saving activities & new projects
• Attend regular Logistics meeting to share comments or new information with team members
5. Import / Export declaration
• Prepare Import / Export declaration
• Upload the statement
• Missing declaration follow up
6. License application for Semiconductor (IC, Sukkiri Scheme)
• Apply pre-classification to TID
• Apply import / export License if necessary
7. Others
• Month end / year end closing monitoring
• Review the process & suggest ways to save cost & improve productivity
• Assist the Logistics Manager to carry out new projects / Ad-hoc projects
Requirement:
• Form 6 or Above
• 3 - 4 years’ experience in Logistics field
• Knowledge of China customs and business
• Full set of I/E documents
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Japanese speaking is preferred but not necessary
• Occasionally travel to China is required
