详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Oversee the information security and IT operation of the whole company
• Handle software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation implementation
• Monitor infrastructure, network, and system performance
• Manage IT-related budget and resource allocation
• Liaise with vendors and other IT professional
• Oversee and ensure infrastructure services are compliant with audit
• Provide day-to-day help desk support for business users and contact external related parties as necessary
Coordinate with headquarters for international projects if necessary
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of IT helpdesk work experience with 3 years of management experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in setup, and maintaining offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and cloud services (AWS)
