详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
Accounting (70%)
• Arrange payment and prepare invoices
• Handle a full set of accounting, AP, and AR.
• Arrange reimbursement to staff.
• Assist auditors in preparing the consolidated financial statement and the audit report.
• Liaise with the company secretary for related issues.
HR & Administration (30%)
• Handle the recruitment process, employment visa application, employee onboarding, and off-boarding process, application and termination of MPF, and group medical plan
• Maintain employee records
• Responsible for administrative matters such as BR, contract renewal, and office maintenance.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts and HR admin duties
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
