详细工作内容
【Job Responsibility】
-Develop business strategies according to analyzing data from HQ to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
-Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
-Responsible for store management including staff management and customers (complaints, grievances etc).
ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Be able to visit and be in charge of the multiple stores in Hong Kong.
- Perform overseas business trips (mostly to Japan including training).
- Keep cooperative relationships with sales, admin and shop members.
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
【Must Requirements】
- 2-3 years of experience in store manager or responsible position and customer service
- Experience in staff management and training
- Overseas business trips (training in Japan, etc.)
- Business level of English skill and Native level of Cantonese skill
- Good communication skill
- Personality : Flexible, independent and reliable
【Preferable Requirements】
- Experience in managing multiple stores.
- Experience in managing sales floors according to customer needs.
- Planning campaign and sales measures
- Analyzing sales trend by data
- Japanese language skill in reading will be highly advantage.
