IT Assistant System Engineer

<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide first-line IT support to end users including setup and maintenance of user accounts, installation and maintenance of computer software and hardware, and troubleshooting of IT-related problems;
 Implementation of the IT projects;
 Provide network support and assist in monitoring server and network equipment;
 Provide technical support and resolve issues from internal users and contact external related parties as necessary;
 Prepare IT system documentation, e.g. user manual, guidelines, and so on;
 Maintenance of accurate hardware and software inventory and records;
 Undertake ad-hoc, administration tasks for the Management as required when in need.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT or other related disciplines.
• IT technical and networking knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewall, switches, Cloud, and Cyber-security
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken, English and Chinese.
