Answering customer’s enquiry through telephone/ email/ live chat
General service support & Counter Activities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
1 year solid experience in customer service
Good communication & trouble shooting skill
Good computer & networking (routers / LAN / wireless) support knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Customer oriented and self-motivate
