详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide IT support on server Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, proactive system tuning, backup operation, Intranet/website maintenance
• Overview of the information security of the whole company
• Handle software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation implementation
• Provide day-to-day help desk support for business users and contact external related parties as necessary
• Manage IT-related budget and resources allocation
• Liaise with vendors and other IT professional
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information technology, or related disciplines
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in setup, maintain offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and cloud services (AWS)
