详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide 1st Line system support
• Monitor system performance
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information technology, or related disciplines
• 1-year experience in the IT field is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Information Technology Officer
• With knowledge and experience in PC, networking, and server administration
• Knowledge of basic scripting skills (e.g. VBScript) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Vloopup, Pivot & Marco) will be an advantage
