<Job Responsibilities>
• Answer clients’ inquiries by phone call and emails
• Suggest suitable medical services to clients, explain the insurance policies to clients, and prepare quotations
• Update clients’ information in the system(SalesForce)
• Coordinate with insurance companies and clients regarding reservation and appointment
• Renew contracts with clients, listen to their needs and negotiate with insurance companies
• Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assess clients’ eligibility for the insurance claim and follow up the settlement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• At least 2 years of back-office experience in a Japanese company
• Candidates from the insurance industry preferred
• FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
• IIQE Paper 1,2(Candidates need to pass both papers during the probation)
• Proficient in MS Office
