详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with customers and take client orders in a timely manner
• Execute trade transactions through various channels for overseas equities and futures markets
• Monitor clients positions and margin level and conduct follow up if necessary
• Serve customers around the world thru email, phone, and face-to-face
• Prepare dealing documents and provide daily administrative support to the team
• Support system rollouts, UAT and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience on customer services in Financial Industry
• Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC (Type 1 & 2)
• Knowledge in Global Equities, Futures, and Commodities is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Japanese skill is advantaged
• Customer oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Willing to work night shift and on Hong Kong public holidays
