详细工作内容
The Role:
- Drive students recruitment; monitor new and existing leads; ensuring all enquiries and queries from parents are answered and responded to in an appropriate and timely fashion with care.
- Liaise with prospective families; schedule school tours and assessments
- Turning enquiries to enrolment; facilitate parents and students in the enrolment process
- Maintain excellent ongoing relationships with all families
- Work as a team to support all operations of the campus and ensure success of the campus as a safe and comfortable environment for students
Requirement
- Degree / diploma holders with 3+ years of hands-on experience in client facing marketing or sales support roles
- Good functional exposure in taking, resolving customer queries, relationship management and stakeholder management
- Independent and initiative, detail-minded, highly organized and can handle multi tasks
- Good interpersonal skills, positive thinking and a mature personality, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Effective communication with good command in English; Chinese and Japanese would be an advantage
- Strong clerical ability with different apps and software
