Company Overview
Our client, one of the largest Japanese Commercial Banking, is looking for a KYC Officer (Japanese Corporate Business Team) as followings:
Job Description
- To perform document checking for on-boarding customer and periodic KYC review on existing customers
- Liaise and follow up with front office & compliance team for outstanding KYC documents before the review deadline
- Check KYC information in the system so as to maintain data accuracy
- Follow up, monitor and report the overall progress of KYC review
- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- University Degree or Diploma Holder
- Above 2 years working experience of KYC duties in the banking industry is a must
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations is an advantage
- Detailed oriented
- A team-player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Japanese language skill is a plus
- Proficient in PC and MS Office
