General Manager - Cosmetic / Beauty

Our client, a Japanese fast growing skincare and cosmetics brand is now looking for a talent to fill up their team – 



Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the CEO
• Responsible for maximizing the sales and profit for the retail and wholesale business. 
• Handling the retail operations, training, logistics, and HR, account & finance teams. You are responsible for the major decisions for the brand. 
• Conduct customers/channel/category mapping.
• Evaluate and develop value adding digitalization analytics/e-commerce services.
• Be responsive to rapidly changing market environment.


Requirements
• Bachelors in business, marketing or related field.
• 8+ years in Brand marketing / Customer marketing, preferably in Beauty & Cosmetics.
• Proven track record of using analytics to provide recommendations for business planning and decision making.
• Experience in gathering consumer insights, market data and analysis, global/regional trends and innovations.
• Critical thinking skills, innovative problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.


Package:
• Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 18:00 
• 12 months with bonus  
• Admiralty 
• Salary up to 60K
