Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese Electric company, is looking for an IT Support - Electronics as followings:

Job Description
• Provide 1st Tier Support & Trouble Shooting and daily routine task and system operation
• Perform Windows 2012/2016 server administration, configuration and monitoring
• Perform e-mail system (IBM Lotus Notes) administration, configuration and monitoring
• Support in network planning and implementation, including configuration of BlueCoat, inter-networking between PaloAlto firewall and Cisco switch (VLAN), Cloud platforms and Veeam backup
• Prepare procedures and documents in the responsible areas
• IT hardware and software inventory update and review
• Perform regular system review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management
• Support ad hoc assignment as required
• Update services details in the system and report to supervisor

Requirements
• Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• 1+ years experiences in designing, building & maintaining network and system infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in Lotus Notes server administration
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Japanese is an advantage
• Good team player with effective communication
• Holder of CCNA / MCITP / VCP is an advantage but not a must
• Occasionally travel to PRC may be required
• More experiences will be considered as Senior IT Supervisor
• ISO14001 and ISO9001 management system knowledge preferable
• Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure is important;
• Immediately available is preferred.

Additional Job Information
Up to 20K HKD
Mon - Friday 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:30 to 6:30 Flexible working hours
