Company Overview
Our client, a famous Medical Insurance Company, is looking for an Insurance Claims Assistant / Insurance Claims Handler – Medical Insurance as followings:
Job Description
• Assist in processing medical insurance claims from company members all over the world except mainland China
• Understand claims cases and support claims data input
• Perform checking and confirmation of the claims materials and certification, including internal and external materials
• Coordinate with medical organizations and partner companies mainly by email
Requirements
• High diploma or degree holder in any declines
• Good command of both spoken and written Japanese, with N2 level or above is a must
• Good command of both spoken and written Japanese in either Cantonese or English
• One year experience in data entry or Japanese company is preferred but not a must
