Company Overview<br/>Our client, a famous Japanese company is now looking for the following candidate<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>• Assist the sales & marketing team in daily operation<br/>• Issue invoice, P.O. and follow up, etc.<br/>• Input data, translate documents, etc.<br/>• Communicate with clients, and also head quarter, etc.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>• Good written and spoken English, Japanese and Mandarin<br/>• Working experience on logistic is preferred.<br/>• Knowledge on MS-Office, especially Excel<br/>• Handle tasks independently but also a good team player<br/>• Strong sense of responsibility and motivation for work<br/>• Enthusiasm and adaptability towards new environment<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>Salary: 12 – 14K<br/>Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 18:00<br/>Double Pay<br/>Discretionary Bonus<br/>Transportation Allowance<br/>Medical Allowance<br/>Sick Leave<br/>Annual Leave: 1st year 7 days, Max 16 days<br/>Work Location: Wan Chai<br/>Probation Period: 3 months<br/><br/>
