Our client, a well-established ship management company, is inviting applications for this position:
Job Duties:
• Assisting in the implementation of, maintaining and reviewing the Quality Management System (ISO Standard), Safety Management System (ISM Code) and Safety Management System (F & IU Ordinance) in the Division;
• Preparing and managing the documentation of Quality Management System and Safety Management Systems of the Division;
• Coordinating with parties concerned for the audits of the systems as well as other quality assurance activities;
• Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner and suggest ways of improvement;
• Providing administrative support and liaising with team members, internal and external parties closely on a wide range of administrative issues;
• Assisting the Division Director to carry out other assigned duties.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration or other related discipline;
• Familiar with ISO Standard and/or ISM Code with solid experience in ISO and/or ISM system implementation;
• At least 5 years’ working experience in customer service industry with involvement in handling complaints preferably;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with different levels of people easily;
• Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS applications;
• Excellent command of written as well as spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is a must.
