Operation Manager/Senior Manager - Trust Banking

Company Overview
Our client a Japanese financial group of trust banking is now looking for suitable candidate to fill in their treasury dept as following:

Job Description
-Assist Superior to support daily checking operations and preparation of procedural manuals
(Check and approve transactions, Handle settlement problems and Financial Authorities’ requirements, Prepare and Review the Policies and manuals)
-Mainly perform daily settlements of money market, bond, bond repo and Interest Rate Swap transactions, etc.
-Check and release settlement instruction
-Daily and monthly internal reports and payment reconciliation
-Reporting of derivative products to HKMA
-Supporting user acceptance test on system migration
-Handle relevant documents
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
-Minimum 8 years experience in banking operations
-Familiar with operations of Swift, RTGS, CMU and Euroclear
-Familiar with bond and bond repo operations, central clearing of derivative product, issuance of CD, Future and Option, etc.
-Experience in position keeping and reconciliation, system migration
-Knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering, Deposit Protection Scheme is an advantage
-Proficient in MS office(Excel, Access, Word)
-Fluency in English
-Mature, detail-minded with good communication and negotiation skill, Ability to work hard and responsibility
