Company Overview<br/>Our client, Japanese beauty salon is now seeking professional marketing executive,<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>- Planning marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media (Facebook and Instagram ads), EDM, KOL and search consoles (Google ads), etc<br/>- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.<br/>- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website<br/>- Designing advertisement <br/>- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital and off-line marketing for HK and China<br/>- Assist any ad-hoc duties<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>- Good command of Mandarin and English<br/>- Above 5 years working experience in digital and off-line marketing is a must<br/>- Experience of working in Japanese company or studying in Japan are highly preferred <br/>- Advertisement design skill is an advantage <br/>- Independent but willing to work for team <br/>- Able to work small office (7ppl and you will be the only one marketing staff)<br/><br/>[Package]<br/>- Mon-Fri : 9am - 6pm <br/>- Medical <br/>- Travel Allowance<br/>- Discretionary Bonus<br/>- AL: 1st year 10days *able to use after probation<br/> Maximum 14days<br/>- Sick Leave : 2days/month<br/>-Probation Period : 3 months<br/><br/>
