Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese IT Consulting Company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Provide supports to IT Consulting and System Development Department
-Global coordination on sales administrative work with other branch related departments
-Maintain sales and department expenses database
-Prepare sales contract in Japanese, English and Chinese
-Translate and prepare presentation documents
-Prepare invoice application and do invoice checking
-Filling of contracts, quotations, sales invoice, purchase order and delivery notes etc
-Prepare sales reports
-Prepare department payment documents
-Manage software licenses and prepare inventory report
-Coordinate with Japan Head Office, Suppliers, and Customers
-Secretarial support to Division General Manager
-Handle delivery of documents
-Answer phone calls and serve tea for customers in needed
-Ad hoc duties and assignments
Requirements
-At least 3 years experience as a sales coordinator
-Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook etc
-Business level Japanese (reading and writing) and English is a must
-Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently & good interpersonal skills, proactive
-Energetic, cheerful personalities is preferred
-Immediate available or within short notice is preferred
