Company Overview<br/>Our client is a major Japanese cosmetics company. They are now looking for a looking for talent as below:<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>-Responsible for handling shipping / logistics documentation and data entry;<br/>-Provide general clerical support to daily operation;<br/>-Customs declaration through trade-link;<br/>-Monitor inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up the material turnover rate and avoid exceed stock;<br/>-Coordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure smooth supply;<br/>-Handle ad hoc clerical duties as assigned.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>-Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines;<br/>-1 year of logistics or shipping experience in FMCG industry;<br/>-No experience will also be considered;<br/>-Knowledge in managing ERP system;<br/>-Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently;<br/>-Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English.<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>-Bonus<br/>-Medical<br/>-Sick Leave<br/>-Travel allowance<br/><br/>
