Company Overview
Our client, a famous manufacturer company is now looking for the experience sales coordinator as below
Job Description
-Follow up customer orders
-Contact customers and suppliers for delivery control
-Handling in Input PO
-Cooperate with teammate to complete the Forecast and other ad hoc task
-Handling to prepare Invoices and quotations
-Occasionally business trip to ShenZhen with teammate
-Report and communicate with Manager
Requirements
-Degree holder or above
-Proficient in operating MS Office
-5-6 years relative working experience
-Good PC skill (MS Office and Chinese and English input)
-Fluency in spoken and written in English, Mandarin , Cantonese, JLPT N2 holder or above will be big advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
