Company Overview
Our client, a traditional electronic and manufacturing company is now looking for the following candidate as below.
Job Description
-Assist the team head to formulate procurement strategy
-Manage the impact of costs, inventory, and monitor suppliers performance to ensure compliance with quality and regulations
-Plan and develop procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s requirements
-Prepare budget planning, cost analysis and cost control
-Conduct compliance monitoring and related procurement activities
-Fulfill and maintain the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
-Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
-Degree holder in procurement or related discipline
-At least 5 years working experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing industry
-Excellent command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Japanese (N2 or above)
-Good communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Able to handle multi-tasks with strong problem solving & supervisory skills
-Good knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
-Immediate available is preferred
