Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Financial service company is now looking for suitable candidates to fill in their Business Systems & Operations Department as the following
Job Description
-Data processing and entry
-Preparing payment to merchants and raising relevant accounting vouchers
-Create and maintain Forms for information security management
-Implement technical information security countermeasures stipulated by Head Office
-Do risk assessment and create and implement a risk management plan if necessary
-Assist in managing system projects with business partners
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-HKDSE/HKCEE or above
-Someone who has experience making sales report and data entry
-Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanese
-Strong PC skill (Excel, Word etc.)
