Company Overview
Our company , a famous Japanese food company is now looking for the following position as below
Job Description
-Manage daily admin and operation duties including and prepare monthly shift roster
-In charge of KPI and sales target setting and leading teammates to achieve target
-Create staff training schedule and assist in performance appraisal
-internal and external communication with other department and business partner
-Assist in inventory management and store display ideas planning
-Assist in cashier duties and daily report creation
Requirements
-Certificate or above
-Min. 3 years relevant experience , including minimum 1 year management experience in F&B field will be advantage
-Good leadership skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers
-Good communication skills in both English ,Mandarin and Chinese , Japanese speaking will be advantage
-familiar with Hong Kong and China market would be advantage
