Japanese Speaking Marketing Specialist

Company Overview
Our client, a global manufactures and commercial solutions provider for the garment industry, is now looking for the below talent to fill their team.

Job Description
· Manage an Asia Pacific marketing database, creating different phone call script and ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required.

· Conduct one-to-one marketing to prospective customers through telephone calls (cold-calls) in a professional manner and send out relevant marketing information through fax / email to Japanese prospects.

· Involve in product and relevant information translation from English to Japanese.

· Create content and proofread copy-writing for promotional materials to support marketing campaigns in Japan market.

· Work closely with the Marketing Manager in creating layouts and contents for marketing newsletter for nurturing the existing Asia Pacific marketing database.

· Understand and communicate up to date information on the products and services offered by the company.

Requirements
· Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in telemarketing is an advantage

· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2).

· Knowledge in CRM system like Sales force and Pardot are preferable

· Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to work independently, creative and self-motivated.
