Financial Controller/Group Financial Controller-Logistics

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese logistics company, is now looking for high caliber candidates with the following requirements:

Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO and Director, and be responsible for:
•Managing the Finance team of 6 in Hong Kong and overseeing Finance Teams within the Group in Asia
•Oversee and evaluate the business performance and provide strategic advice to the Senior Management
•Monitor all financial issues including Financial Management, Taxation, Treasury Management and Capital Investment
•Working closely with Country GMs and Finance Managers to ensure organizational financial stability
•Managing the corporate level booking, monitoring annual budget and expenditure, management reports and cost analysis of overall business
•Responsible for ensuring that business units within the Group are compliant with Group finance, internal control policies and local regulatory requirements; liaise with regulators and auditors when necessary
•Perform internal audit and review on overseas stations regularly
•Involving in the system implementation project
•Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements
•Degree in Accounting or Finance; Qualified CPA
•Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience and past experience in managing a team, preferably with MNC background
•Experienced in handling complex group consolidation
•Experienced in system implementation
•Experienced in M&A and investment will be a plus
•Great presentation and intra-group communication skills, strong critical thinking and creativity
•Great team player and able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
•Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and summarize complex information for onward communication to non-financial stakeholders
•Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
•Occasional traveling to overseas is required
•Immediately available or short notice is advantageous and preferred
