Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese manufacture is now looking for suitable candidates as the following
Job Description
-Perform daily operation including network, window server backup and system monitoring.
-Carry out necessary routine tasks such as troubleshooting & technical support etc.
-Prepare system documentation, procedure manuals & IT handbook policy.
-Provide helpdesk support for internal users in HK office and Shen Zhen office.
-One-day business trip to Shen Zhen for IT support. ( 1-2 day/week *depends on situation)
Requirements
-Good command of English, Cantonese, Japanese and Mandarin.
-Able to setting up Windows and email account.
-About 5 years working experience.
-Immediate available candidates are highly preferred.
-Experience in configuring and maintaining Outlook E-Mail Servers, Firewall and Web Servers is preferred.
