Our client, a famous fashion brand company, is looking for a suitable candidate for Japanese Speaking Customer Service Consultant.
Job Description
- Provide customer support.
- Contacting customer by phone, e-mail and SNS chat.
- Build up reliability from customers with the sound knowledge of own brand products and promotion.
- Search the potential needs of customers, contribute to product improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Japanese
- Good Writing & Speaking skill of English.
- Related Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in MS office (Especially Excel)
- Studied or Worked in Japan more than 1 year.

- Shift hours are generally 08:00 - 17:00 including Sat and Sun and PH with 2 days off per week
- Probation: 2 months / Notice Period: 2 months
- Salary: 22-25K
