Company Overview
Our client, a Luxury brand company, is now looking for suitable candidates for Japanese Speaking HR Administrator
Job Description
- End to end responsibility for HR administration tasks including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of
absence, employee status, etc.
- Deliver all agreed calendared employee lifecycle events ensuring compliance with policy and legislation are met
- Maintain all HR employee records / paperwork, ensuring the HR employee files contain all appropriate and accurat
information at all times and as legally required
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries through multiple channels achieving a first touch resolution for 80% of
queries.
- Support monthly SAP HR data audit for payroll and periodic data cleanse in SAP HR
- Support HR Advisor and Senior Employee Services Manager as required with employee lifecycle events and provide note
taking support for disciplinary cases
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, and contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required
Requirements
- University degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good command of Japanese, (JLPT N1 or studied/ lived in Japan for more than 1 year )
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment
- Knowledge of HR systems, SAP and SuccessFactors preferred
- Flexible team player, with a passion and drive for HR; thrive on change and adaptable
Package
- Salary: HKD 22,000 - 27,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Mon – Fri / Working hour 09:00-18:00
- Discretional Bonus
- Annual leave: 12 days / 1st year , Max: 15 days
