Job Description
- Assist to handle banking product /services enquiries, to generate new leads, and customer services / sales activities in regards of deposit service, vehicle loyalty program and TVLP extensions
- Assist to develop new E-Business channel throughout various online marketing tools
Requirements
- Degree or above qualifications is preferable.
- 2 years of banking experience in sales / customer service of banking products
- Good presentation, communication and analytical skills
- Banking systems, Microsoft applications, CRM
- Good presentation and communication skills, teamwork, customer services skills, self-discipline and self-motivation
- Good English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office application
