Company Overview
Our client is a Japanese securities firm with office in Central. They are now seeking for a highly motivated individual as below:
Job Description
• Provide business support to HK Equity sales team
• Compile, send out & follow up on sales reports
• Assist with general client queries
• Arrange meetings/calls schedules for analysts/overseas staff for their visits to HK
• Ensure all business activities we provided are on record
• Co-work with other business teams in HK and sales assistants in Tokyo
• Assist booking and dealing that requires local language skills or knowledge
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
• University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in securities or banking industry
• Attention to detail and be able to learn and adapt quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, mature and good teamwork player
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Chinese
