Job Description
· Identify Brand Needs, Product Knowledge, and deliver in store coaching for front-line staff on selling skills and service culture, customer experience to support the business objectives.

· Keep track on and update field coaching calendar with the senior management

· Submit field coaching reports with individual staff’s strength and weakness on regular basis and propose and execute remedial training and follow up plans

· Provide coaching reports to Sales manager on the performance/progress of individual team members

· Handle basic training for new staffs

· Ensure the grooming align with company standards

· Assist in the handling of complaint cases

· Assist in events for product presentation or workshops when required

Requirements
· 2 years relevant field coach training experience. i.e. field coaching to front line experience in beauty/skincare

· Strong coaching and training skills

· Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

· Customer-oriented, self-motivated and well-organized

· Well-groomed and set an example of professionalism and customer service

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

· Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint presentation
