Job Description
Full command of the sales management
Lead and motivate sales team to achieve company sales targets
Decide and implement sales strategy
Manage both sales channels of GTSC and KA
Maintain and develop our wholesaler system
Cost control in sales ANP, department staff, department operation
Train and cultivate staff to build up sales team development
Requirements
Over 10-year experience in FMCG sales, at least 5-year at management level, and 2-year in the position of the same role
Above experience preferably in beverage field, management experience must be in beverage field
Familiar with wholesaler and retailer in South China
Good knowledge in sales analysis and beverage market
Excellence skills in communication and team management
Bachelor degree holder is a must
Working languages of Chinese & English
