Senior Finance Manager

Company Overview
our client, subsidiary of a well-known state-owned enterprise group which is listed in both Mainland China and HK stock exchanges. Their business in HK including offshore M&A, financial investment, trade settlement and financing, asset management, corporate treasury center etc. Due to business expanding rapidly and their are inviting high caliber candidates to join the group.

Job Description
Improve and implement company's financial management system;
Monitor financial status of the company business, supervise the effective implementation of the process, and ensure that accounting, tax returns, financial records, income distribution meet the needs of company;
Analyze company's major financial decisions, including financial budget plans, investment and financing plans and debt restructuring;
Responsible for organizing the analysis of financial operations, formulating, reviewing and submitting financial analysis reports;
Responsible for organizing the preparation of financial budgets and tracking and analysis of budget execution in accordance with the company's business objectives;
In accordance with the approval permit requirements, review related expense projects, company large-scale capital scheduling, external loans and guarantees;
Responsible for cash management, fund operation and build up overseas fund pool;
Organize corporate taxation work, provide reasonable suggestions, and optimize implementation plans;
Organize various auditing work of the company, including internal audit and annual report audit;
To complete any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines，holder of CFA, ACCA, HKICPA or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage;
6 years or above in related financial industry, previously got big 4 experience would be an advantage;
Familiar with financial market conditions, understand the relevant financial market laws and regulations;
Be proactive, enthusiastic and responsible for work;
Excellent command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English;
Candidate with less experience can be considered as Finance Manager.
