Job Description
Key duties will include:
• Updating online databases with key financial information, statistics and analysis on which our clients depend on
• Maintaining relationships with institutional investors and investment managers via telephone and email communications. This is done by asking a series of relevant questions to the appropriate contact
• Conducting web-based research for further information of any given institutional investor
• Communicating and coordinating with the wider team to ensure profiles are updated accurately and in a timely manner, and to convey issues and solutions
• Using computer-based business applications, including Microsoft Excel, to analyse large data sets and to control for quality and accuracy
• Candidates may be required to write blogs and research reports occasionally, perform analysis and generate reports for clients on an ad-hoc basis
• Completing other tasks as/when required

Requirements
•We are interested in hearing from enthusiastic and outgoing graduates with an eye for detail, a command of written work, and the confidence and communications skills necessary to build relationships with high level executives.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin
•Education level – Bachelors’ Degree.
•Candidates of all backgrounds will be considered with no specific degree subject or experience in finance necessary.
