Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company is looking for an IT engineer
Job Description
Providing general IT support (PC/Printer/MFC).
Ability to assist in reporting, inventory and building and upgrade desktop devices.
Liaison with service partner and vendor.
MS Office suites skill is a must.
Assist the team in supporting and upgrading end-users’ applications and hardware devices.
Go to Other office support for around once or twice a week.
Requirements
DSE or Diploma holder in Information Technology / Computer Studies or equivalent
1 year helpdesk / end user support experience (Fresh Grad also welcome)
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken in Mandarin and English
