Responsibilities
Responsible for contact with clients
Handle customers’ enquiries, preparing documents, delivery control, data entry etc.
Provide support to sales team
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Requirements
Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
Experience as sales coordinator is preferred
Knowledge of logistics, shipping documents is preferred
Good command of MS office
